Jeruzalémská 4 has always been part of the life of the city. It once served as a boarding house, with an inn on the ground floor — a place where everyday Prague met: travellers, merchants, visitors to the center. Across the street stood the distinctive silhouette of the Jerusalem Synagogue, which gave the street its unmistakable character.
After restitution, the building returned to the descendants of the original owners and underwent a full reconstruction for use by a banking institution. From 1991 onward, the National Development Bank was based here, occupying the building for more than three decades.
From hospitality to finance — the building always reflected the era it stood in. Today Jeruzalémská 4 is entering a new chapter. Once again at the very center of the city.

Verbal reservation
Upon your decision to buy, we reserve the unit for you for 48 hours.
Reservation agreement and Future purchase contract
Within three business days after signing the Future purchase contract you pay a 10 % deposit of the purchase price, and within three months you top up the deposit to 10 % of the purchase price.
Purchase contract
The remaining 80 % of the purchase price is paid after signing the purchase contract, either from a mortgage or own funds.
Unit handover
The unit will be handed over in Q2 2027.
